The Cotique Comfort Guide cover
A note to begin

From Oge, founder of Everkind

Care should feel clear.

Everkind began with a simple question: why can everyday period care be so difficult to compare?

I wanted the useful facts to be easy to find: the flow label, pad length, count in the carton, winged format, and the pouch that comes with each pack.

This guide brings those facts together so you can start with your day, the current flow label, and the printed length you prefer. It is a practical companion, not a promise about your body and not a substitute for medical advice.

Keep it, mark it, and share it with someone beginning their first period. I am glad you are here.

Chapter one · know your flow

A pattern, not a rule

Your flow can change through a cycle.

Start with what you notice today. A lighter day, a regular day, a heavier day, and overnight can call for different formats.

Notice. Choose. Adjust.

Your own pattern may be shorter, longer, steadier, or different from the example above. Use the flow label as a starting point and adjust when your needs change.

The Cotique range is organised into four labelled formats: Light, Regular, Heavy, and Extra Heavy. The next page compares their printed lengths and carton counts.

Health note: This guide offers product-selection information, not diagnosis or treatment. If bleeding, pain, or a sudden change concerns you, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
