How we use your information.

This notice explains what information Everkind Africa receives through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send through our forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, business details, and order information.

Why we use it

We use your information to send requested updates, answer messages, review distributor applications, and support orders. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and service partners

Paystack processes payments. We may also use trusted providers for email, hosting, security, and order support. They only receive the information needed to provide that service.

Your choices

Cloudflare provides aggregate website traffic and performance reports. If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics and PostHog use cookies to measure visits, traffic sources, products added to bags, checkout activity, completed purchases and return visits from the same browser. We do not send your name, email, phone, delivery address, form answers or payment details to these analytics services. Purchase reporting uses a separate reporting identifier, not your payment reference. With your analytics permission at checkout, our server also reports the confirmed purchase to PostHog if you close the payment page. It uses the same random browser identifier and order amounts and products, without your contact or payment credentials.

Both services are off until you allow them. A previous Google-only permission does not enable PostHog. You can decline without affecting shopping, or withdraw consent through “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics collection and removes their analytics cookies from this site; it does not erase reports already collected. We remember your choice in your browser. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy.

PostHog analytics is hosted in the United States. Its random browser identifier helps us measure return visits without creating customer profiles. We do not enable session recordings or automatic capture of clicks and form contents. PostHog analytics cookies last up to 90 days; reports on our current plan are retained for up to one year. See PostHog’s privacy policy.

You can leave The Kindred at any time. You can also ask us to correct or delete information you shared, unless we must keep it for legal or business records.
